Founded in May 29, Bitlis Eren University has been committed to serving Bitlis, its region, country and humanity since the day it was founded.
Bitlis Eren University, whose mission is to produce and use information for its country and nation, and to present it to serve humanity in a local, regional and global context, it has added strength to its strength thanks to the added values which has added to science and humanity by carrying out activities that are beneficial not only to Bitlis but also to Turkey.
Today within its campus, it has 6 faculties with, 8 vocational schools equipped with contemporary technical equipment, two schools, one institute, 14 application and research centers, with all the facilities it will provide to students and academics that it needs from A to Z, it has become a University with international competence in scientific and academic terms.
Within its campus there is a student residence. The needs of students are catered by private institutions in the campus area and outside the campus.
Despite being a modern University, Bitlis Eren University has more than 10,000 students and about a thousand academic and administrative members.
